Deliveries

Place an order before 12pm Monday to Friday and we'll dispatch it the same day for next day delivery (provided the items are available in stock). For orders placed after 12pm, we'll make sure they get dispatched the next working day! Our goal is to deliver on time every time, but sometimes there are circumstances beyond our control, so Pretty Pregnant prefers to make it clear that we are not liable for any late delivery. Returns

Of course, we're sure you will be delighted with your Pretty Pregnant purchase! However, in the unlikely event that you are not, you might decide to change or return an item for a different size or colour. Please make sure you check all garments thoroughly when you receive them before removing any tags, and before getting rid of its original packaging. We will refund or exchange your purchase if - items are returned strictly within 14 days of our dispatch date (dispatch date is day 1) - items are returned unused - items are returned in their original packaging and with all tags attached We will process refunds within 14 working days after receipt of goods back into the shop. Payment will be refunded to the order's credit card. Unfortunately P&P and returns postage are direct costs so we cannot refund them. This does not affect your statutory rights. Lingerie Returns Please check your sizing carefully before ordering lingerie items. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on certain lingerie items, including knickers. Bras can be returned. For swimwear, make sure the original hygiene strip is in place. Due to hygiene and security issues, we cannot offer refunds on cosmetics, lotions or creams. We will check any items returned as 'faulty', and those items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Please make sure you include a proof of purchase when returning items in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product is not in fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights. ? RETURNS PROCEDURE " Goods are returned to Pretty Pregnant at your own expense. " Please use the sticker included with your original order which has the address details for returns. " We recommend that you send by recorded post and that you retain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for items which are lost in transit. " All goods should be returned to the following address PRETTY PREGNANT 61 North Cross Road London SE22 9ET UK " Please ensure that you return the goods to us within 15 days of the date of despatch of our order to you. We will not be able to accept returns made outside this time period. Any returns received outside this time frame may be considered at the sole discretion of Pretty Pregnant. When we receive your returned item(s), we will check the items and will only process them as returns if all the tags are in place. Provided the goods are returned in the same condition as we shipped them, we will arrange the refund against your credit/debit card. This refund will be done within 10 days of Pretty Pregnant having received the returned goods. Exchanges - It is not possible to offer exchanges on orders purchased on-line in our Pretty Pregnant stores. Please return the size you do not wish to keep and re-order the correct size.
